  • Phentermine is a stimulant that cause early satiety to decrease appetite and also increase energy level to burn more calories. It remains the most widely prescribed weight loss drug, and was FDA approved for short term weight loss (up to 12 weeks only), along with diet and exercise.

  • Mimics a natural hormone in the body to regulate appetite and reduce hunger.

FDA-approved for once-weekly subcutaneous (under the skin) weight loss injection. Semaglutide has been a medication for many years to control blood sugar in diabetic patients. Since diabetic patients started losing weight on semaglutide, it was then studied and FDA approved for long-term weight loss since 2021.

Semaglutide can be used in conjunction with phentermine, and or sermorelin for the best results.

  • Treatment of obesity with Tirzepatide (brand name Mounjaro), a dual-acting glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (also called gastric inhibitory polypeptide [GIP]) receptor agonist may be more effective than "traditional" GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide) in achieving weight loss.

Tirzepatide is administered by once-weekly subcutaneous injection. It is effective in the treatment of obesity in patients with and without diabetes mellitus.

  • This combination of medications helps reduce appetite and help you feel full longer.

Phentermine-topiramate is not recommended for patients with known cardiovascular disease (hypertension or coronary heart disease), but it is an appropriate agent for individuals with obesity who do not have cardiovascular disease and for whom glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) therapy is not appropriate, accessible, or tolerated.

  • Bupropion is used for the treatment of depression and smoking cessation. Naltrexone is used to treat alcohol and opioid dependence. This combination medicine is used together with diet and exercise. It Helps Reduce Hunger and Control Cravings to Lose Weight and Keep It Off.

Anchor Medical Treatment Options

We provide following treatments to you.

  • Semaglutide mimics a natural hormone in the body to regulate appetite and reduce hunger.

Vitamin B12 helps to utilize fats and carbohydrates for energy and make new proteins. Vitamin B12 is important in the maintenance of our metabolism, blood cells, and nerve function.

The daily sublingual tablet works better to suppress appetite and supplements nutritional needs for weight loss.

    Semaglutide/Vit B12 250mcg/100mcg $59 (7 days) $199 (30 days)

    Semaglutide/Vit B12 500mcg/100mcg $79 (7 days) $249 (30 days)

    Semaglutide/Vit B12 1000mcg/100mcg $99 (7 days) $299 (30 days)

  • Benefits of Sermorelin:

    • Stimulates pituitary to produce more of your body’s own growth hormone

    • Increased energy and endurance

    • Deeper more restful sleep

    • Faster recovery from physical activities

    • Accelerated healing from wounds and surgery

    • Help reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and improve bone density

    Sermoreline sc nightly injections 300 mcg: $229 (30 days) $369 (50 days)

  • Recommended Naltrexone dosage for weight loss is 1.5mg to 4.5mg nightly. Possible benefits:

    • May help decrease insulin levels which can improve growth hormone levels in patients. Growth hormone helps the body burn fat and maintain lean muscle mass.

    • May help normalize appetite and reduce hunger.

    • In some studies, it has shown to reduce general inflammation throughout the body.

    • Naltrexone may help to "normalize" this mismatch between calories burned and appetite, especially in patients with hormonal imbalances.

WEIGHT LOSS INJECTIONS

When enrolling in a low-calorie diet combing with physical activity, there are immune system and energy may both be in short supply when restricting calories. Both immune response and energy enhancers may be options to fulfill deficiencies.

  • Designed to help burn fat and boost metabolism. B-Lean IV kit includes six IV treatments of compounds that harness the benefits of B vitamins to raise energy levels and support a healthy metabolism.

    The B-Lean IV kit include:

Vita Complex – A blend of B-complex vitamins, Thiamin(B1), Niacin (B3), Riboflavin (B2), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Pyridoxine (B6), that aid in converting nutrients into energy.

L-Taurine – An amino acid that supports digestive function and may boost energy production and exercise performance.

Methyl B12 – An essential compound for breaking down fatty acids into energy, B12 can boost energy levels and have an uplifting effect on mood.

  • Benefits of L-Carnitine

    • Enhance fat burning for energy

    • Improve lean muscle mass

    • Increase energy levels

  • Amino Blend is a combination of several amino acids: Glutamine, Ornithine, Arginine, Lysine and Citrulline

    Possible Benefits of Amino Blend:

    • Ornithine and Arginine helps with Nitric Oxide production, which in turn, enhances oxygen delivery to muscles during exercise. May also decrease fatigue during intense workouts.

    • Lysine is an essential amino acid that may support the immune system, and improve cardiovascular function.

    • Citrulline is a great complement to Arginine. Increases Nitric Oxide and blood flow during exercise

  • MICC is an acronym for the compounds: L-Methionine, Inositol, Choline and

Cyanocobalamin. These are lipotropic agents which help with the breakdown of fat during

metabolism in the body. Often referred to as “fat burning” injections, these components,

especially inositol and choline, have been found to improve mental function and feelings of depression.

  • Lipo-Mino Mix starts with a special lipotropics fat burning combination of methionine,

inositol, choline, carnitine, B1, B2, B6 and B12. Each of these ingredients can help the body

    turn fat into energy.

  • LipoStat Plus SF (sulfa free): Inositol, Choline,

    Cyanocobalamin B12, Pyridoxine (B6)

  • Glutathione, Ascorbic Acid, Zinc Sulfate

LIFESTYLE STRATEGIES

We will like to help you establish a comprehensive lifestyle modification: a combination of diet, exercise, and behavioral modification along with any medication.

  • To reduce the total number of calories consumed.

It is desirable to eat foods with adequate nutrients in addition to protein, carbohydrate, and essential fatty acids.

Minimize or eliminate alcohol, sugar-containing beverages, and most highly concentrated sweets.

Ensuring you are meeting your recommended daily total water intake from foods, plain drinking water, and other beverages text goes here.

In general, diets which emphasize reductions in refined carbohydrates, processed meats, and foods high in sodium and trans fat; moderation in unprocessed red meats, poultry, eggs, and milk; and high intakes of fruits, nuts, fish, vegetables, vegetable oils, minimally processed whole grains, legumes, and yogurt are preferred. This approach allows greater flexibility and personal preference in diet and may improve long-term adherence.

  • Duration of exercise: We recommend to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, on 5 or more days of the week. If you can't exercise for 30 minutes straight, try to exercise for 10 minutes at a time, 3 or 4 times a day. Even exercising for shorter amounts of time is good for you, especially if it means spending less time sitting.

Combined aerobic and resistance exercise is best for weight loss in older adults

Aerobic activity. Get at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity — such as brisk walking, swimming or mowing the lawn — or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity — such as running or aerobic dancing.

Strength training. Do strength training for all major muscle groups at least twice a week.

Aim to do a single set of each exercise, using a weight or resistance level heavy enough to tire your muscles after about 12 to 15 repetitions.

In the weight loss maintenance period, most people require >60 minutes per day of moderate-intensity activity to successfully maintain the loss .

  • Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule of 7–9 hours per night.

Taking steps to reduce day-to-day stress levels.

The behavioral modification component facilitates adherence to diet and exercise regimens. It includes regular self-monitoring of food intake, physical activity, and weight. Self-monitoring, often involving the use of food diaries, activity records, and self-weighing, is the most effective element of a successful behavioral weight loss program.
